    Because I (Big_A_06) is banned, NoHack_JustSkill will pay ArthurShelbyPB the 250mil I owe him to get me unbanned. I will in return pay back NoHack_JustSkill the 250mil as well as help him out with gang territories, supply drops, and try and give him some more loot on top of the 250mil in return.
